Biography of Hanna Verboom
After returning to The Netherlands Hanna worked as a model and won the Dutch Elite Model Look 2003. There she joined the Amsterdam student theater group and convincingly showed her talent for acting in several plays with the company. She also did majors in philosophy, economics and a minor in film science at the Amsterdam University. Besides her acting Hanna is a painting artist and had her first work exhibited in the Amsterdam gallery in 2004.
Hanna will appear with Rob Schneider performing the female leading part in the feature film ‘Deuce Bigalow, European Gigolo’.. Born in The Netherlands, Verboom spent her early childhood in the African nations of Kenya, Uganda and Sudan.

- Favorite movies are “Running on Empty” “Dog Fight” and “Good Will Hunting” Favorite comedies are “Planes Trains and Automobiles” and “Old School”.
- Earned a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology (with a concentration on “Media Representation of Minorities”) from UC-Berkeley, where she minored in Theater. She went on to earn a Master’s degree from Sarah Lawrence College.
- Attended the University of California at Santa Barbara (UCSB) for one year as an Art History major.
- After spending a time in her early teens in Talavera De la Reina, Toledo, Spain, she can speak fairly good Spanish.
